Mat-based Pilates with Coach Laura
Whether you are just starting to exercise, an athlete or somewhere in between, the foundations of Pilates-style movement apply to you. Building from core strength, focusing on proper alignment, and a body/mind integrative approach makes this class accessible to all/. This low impact workout will build lean muscle and core strength including deep muscles in the back and abdomen. It is also the perfect class if you are recovering from injury. Done properly, we increase our strength while reliving joint and muscle discomfort.
