Your Point of Contact

Not every COR Wellness engagement includes a full-time onsite coach as the daily face of the program. When that’s the case, a dedicated COR Wellness Program Manager fills that role, acting much like a traditional account manager. They will be by your side, managing to your goals and KPIs and making sure your program runs smoothly, your team has a consistent point of contact, and nothing falls through the cracks between meetings.
Where our onsite coaches build the day-to-day relationship with employees, our Program Managers build the day-to-day relationship with you, keeping the program accountable, responsive, and always improving.
Program Assessment & Strategy
Every COR Wellness program is grounded in an ongoing assessment of your organization’s health spend and current program performance, translated into a clear annual program development plan. After the initial setup exercise, Program Managers revisit strategy regularly, adjusting priorities as your workforce, claims data, and business needs evolve.

Some of Our Program Management Services
Return-to-Work Safety
For employees returning to work after an injury or extended leave, Program Managers can help coordinate return-to-work safety protocols, working alongside our onsite chiropractic and coaching teams. This helps ensure a safe, well-managed transition back to full duty.
Keeping Access Simple: Scheduling & Availability
A wellness program only works if employees can actually get on the calendar. Program Managers ensure appointment scheduling stays accurate and runs smoothly across every onsite service available to your organization. This could be health coaching, chiropractic care, massage, and fitness center rentals so employees always have a clear, current path to book time with the right resource.
Running Your Digital Platform
If your organization uses a digital employee wellness or tracking platform, COR Wellness can manage it on your behalf. We can schedule events and challenges, keep communications going out, and keep challenges running, so your team doesn’t have to own another piece of software on top of everything else.
Full Program Reporting
When there isn’t an onsite coach, your Program Manager takes on the HR partner role and full reporting responsibility: participation, engagement, program activity, and progress toward the outcomes laid out in your ROI model. We ensure your organization always has clear visibility into how the program is performing, regardless of which COR team members are onsite day to day.
Continuous Improvement
Program Managers actively research and recommend new solutions to strengthen your program over time. That may be a new way to reach under-engaged employees, an additional service to add, or an adjustment based on what the data is showing.
The Result: A Program That Runs Itself On Your Behalf

Whether or not your organization has a full-time onsite coach, Wellness Program Management ensures COR Wellness is never a “set it and forget it” solution. You get a consistent point of contact, accurate access to every service, and reporting you can trust without adding to your team’s workload.
