Start Where You Are
Not every organization is ready to launch a full onsite wellness program on day one and that’s okay. COR Wellness offers each of the services below as a standalone engagement, priced, and scheduled around your needs, with no requirement to commit to a full program upfront. Many clients start here and expand into ongoing coaching, chiropractic care, or full program management once they’ve seen the value firsthand.
Biometric Screening
A 15-minute finger-stick screening delivers immediate results and an onsite consultation with a COR coach or practitioner with no waiting on lab results and no follow-up appointment required to get answers. We run the entire screening process end-to-end, in partnership with your onsite coach when one is already part of your program.
Beyond the individual result each employee receives, aggregate screening data gives our team and yours a clear, evidence-based picture of your population’s overall health. This is the foundation we use to build custom programming around your workforce’s specific metabolic needs, rather than a generic wellness curriculum.

Additional Testing
Nicotine screening, drug screening, and fit-for-duty testing round out our diagnostic offerings. Fit-for-duty testing in particular is a requirement for some of our clients, like first responders and other public safety organizations for example. These come in when fitness is a core part of the success of the role rather than an optional wellness add-on.
These services are available on an as-needed basis or can be built directly into a larger annual contract, whichever fits how your organization operates.
Total Health ROI Assessment
A two-year strategic and tactical roadmap, built from your health spend, utilization data, operations, and HR metrics. This can be delivered as a standalone, in-depth consulting project, or as part of an ongoing retainer focused on a specific organizational goal — whether that’s improving retention, reducing medical claims, or simply slowing the rate of annual cost increases.
Ergonomic Assessment
Our team conducts full ergonomic reviews across manufacturing floors, office environments, and special accommodation situations. We deliver clear findings and specific recommendations your organization can act on reducing strain-related injury risk before it becomes a claim. If your organization is experiencing elevated MSK claims, getting to the root cause of reoccurring pain and injury will save your and your employees in the long run. If your people are in a high-impact physical role, an onsite chiropractor may be your best line of defense and cost savings measure.
