Coaching Built on Relationship, Not Reminders

A notification can’t build trust. A coach can. COR Wellness places dedicated onsite and virtual health coaches inside your organization to build the kind of ongoing relationship that actually moves employees toward their goals. The relationships are rooted in real conversation, accountability, and support, not automated check-ins. We also believe there is always a place to start a wellness journey. Not everyone is comfortable beginning with fitness, but across our pill
This is what drives the engagement rates that make our programs work: employees show up because they trust their coach, not because an app told them to.
1:1 Coaching, Centered on the Employee
Every coaching relationship starts with the individual — their goals, their barriers, and their life outside of work. Our coaches meet employees where they are, whether that’s weight management, chronic pain, stress, sleep, or a broader lifestyle goal, and build a plan around it. Coaching happens both onsite and virtually, so support doesn’t stop when an employee isn’t on-site that day.
We believe there is a place for every body, and always a place to start a wellness journey. Not everyone is comfortable beginning with fitness, which is what most employee wellness programs are built on. Across our pillars, Structural, Cognitive, and Metabolic, we have a place for everyone and a way to accommodate anyone.

Intake & Risk Assessment
Every employee coaching relationship begins with a structured intake and risk assessment; identifying current health status, risk factors, and goals before a plan is built. This questionnaire is the foundation that lets our coaches prioritize the right support for the right employee from day one, and it’s a key input into the population-level data we report back to you.
Case & Condition Management
For employees recently injured, managing an ongoing health condition, or recovering from an injury, our coaches provide continued case and condition management. They will also coordinate with our onsite chiropractic team if in place, tracking patient progress and adjusting the plan as circumstances change. This keeps care connected instead of leaving employees to navigate it alone, and it’s a direct driver of the return-to-work and claims outcomes employers care about most.

Wellness Events & Challenges
Coaching isn’t limited to 1:1 sessions. Our coaches design and run onsite wellness events, health clinics, and team-based challenges that build momentum across your whole workforce. This expands reach beyond the employees already engaged in individual coaching. From step or activity challenges to seasonal health campaigns, these events are built around your organization’s culture and calendar, giving employees an easy, low-pressure entry point into the broader wellness program. This also gives us another channel to reach the employees who tend to stay away from wellness offerings altogether. We can define popular topics that bring employees in, which could be anything from meditation sessions to a healthy food bar!
Participation in these events is tracked and included in the same reporting we provide on the overall wellness program engagement, so you get a full picture of population-level activity, not just 1:1 outcomes.

Change Management & Relapse Support
Behavior change isn’t linear, and we don’t treat it that way. Our coaches provide structured support through setbacks. They focus on helping employees get back on track after a relapse rather than treating one-off weeks as programmatic failure. This ongoing, judgment-free support is a major reason COR Wellness sustains engagement well beyond the initial enrollment period.
An Extension of Your HR Team
COR coaches don’t operate in a vacuum — they function as a true HR business partner. That means:
- Monthly reporting on program engagement, participation trends, and outcomes
- Program pivots based on what’s actually happening with your workforce, not a fixed annual plan
- Rapid response to environmental challenges: from a COVID-style health event to an emotional crisis on-site to a shift in government health policy — so your wellness program adapts as fast as your business needs it to
This is what separates a coaching vendor from a coaching partner: we’re paying attention to your organization year-round, not just during a scheduled review.

What This Looks Like Day to Day

Coaching isn’t a one-time session; it’s an ongoing relationship with a defined rhythm. It encompasses intake and goal-setting, active coaching and education, regular check-ins, and periodic re-evaluation to track real progress and reset goals as employees hit milestones. Layered on top, ongoing events and challenges keep the broader workforce engaged between individual sessions.
